CANCELLATION POLICIES:
For purposes of refund will be 100% (deducting 16% VAT and 10% commission for PayPal payment) in 2 situations:
– Closure of the port due to bad weather or other situation beyond our control that prevents us from leaving through a closed port.
– Failure to complete the minimum for collective group (only applies to group bookings).
50% (less taxes and commissions) will be refunded if cancelled 15 days prior to your reservation.
30% (less taxes and commissions) will be refunded if cancelled 7 days before your reservation.
In any case, you must have a PayPal account if you are a foreigner or a bank account in Mexico.
